– Follows Title 22 guidelines
– Physician’s Report, TB Test, & Assessment are required before admission
– Tends to have a large occupancy
– Separate apartments for each residents
– Monthly Rent includes: 3 meals/day, Snacks, Housekeeping, Laundry, Utilities, Transportation, Activities, Maintenance
– Care Services are additional fees. Some charge by the Level of Care or by Point System
– Free or Fee for Life Alert buttons depending on each community
– Caregivers are alert at all shifts
– Cable, Internet and/or Phone options
– One time Community Fee at admission. Community fee vary with each community
– Deposit is required to hold an apartment. Each community have different length of hold time
– Generally Deposits are refundable and some communities do not cash deposits
– Month to Month stay
– Majority offers 30day Respite Care
– Ability to accept Hospice residents

– Free or Fee for Resident Parking depending on each community
– Majority accepts 1-2 pets with fee & pet insurance. May have weight limitation

– Generally a small home that is licensed for 6 residents. Follows Title 22 guidelines
– Physician’s Report, TB Test, Assessment are required before Admission
– No Community Fee – Usually a first come first serve with vacant room(s)
– Some Homes offer all private rooms as some offer shared rooms or both
– Rates include 3 meals per day, Snacks, Housekeeping, Laundry, Utilities, Cable, Community Phone & Basic Non-Medical Care Services
– Night Shifts available if needed for extra fee
– Majority do not offer transportation
– Little Activities
– No Life Alert buttons
– Month to Month Stay
– Street Parking
– Locations/Cities vary in Rates – No Pet(s)
– Majority have the ability to accept Hospice residents
